Making delivery at customer convenient time helps to build a better customer relation and helps serve them better. This needs good delivery planning tool to get satisfied customer and acknowledgement on deliveries. At the same time update the team on real time makes efficient delivery management and helps improved planning.
With OK365 Delivery app is an integrated solution between Dynamics 365 Business Central. Seamless integration and real time data enables the delivery team and planner optimize the delivery tasks more effective.
You will be able to check confirmed or failed deliveries and analyze pending deliveries. Completed deliveries are acknowledged by the customer through the App. You can assign new deliveries to delivery person/driver of some customers not taken deliveries hence time saved can be utilized for additional deliveries.
Very simple user interface and options makes it easy for delivery person to perform and move to next customer.
